Shipping Policy

We ship across the GCC — the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.

Complimentary shipping is included on all orders above AED 100. Orders below this are charged a flat regional rate, calculated at checkout.

• UAE orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–4 business days.
• Wider GCC orders generally arrive within 4–8 business days, subject to customs.
• You'll receive tracking by email and SMS once your ritual is on its way.

Any customs duties or import taxes for destinations outside the UAE are the responsibility of the recipient, in line with local regulations.

Refund & Returns

We want every ritual to feel right. If something isn't, you may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened incense, burned products, and used crystals cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
• If an item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping required.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
